Well, I guess we all get to miss it. I had a long post written today about babies, friendships and love. I even saved it to drafts to make sure I didn't lose it while I seached for links and photos to attach. I got those all edited in and when I hit the publish post button, it ALL DISAPPEARED!! Gone, nowhere to be found.
I guess we will just have to suck it all up.

yes and no, i'll try to rewrite it.
I have many times become distraught, depressed and lethargic after having lost a self described "epic" post. Of course, I would have been te only one to ever have read it, so only I would know for sure how truly great it was or wasn't.
Now, when I do feel motivated enough to post again, I always have either Word, Wordpad, or even Notepad open to continuously copy and paste my text into as I keep writing. This is so far, the only way to ensure the post will not disappear into the vast cyberspacial nothingness.
I have even noticed that This particular blog creating entity has had numerous issues with posts that after having been saved, suddenly are gone... Even after a few days, comments, more posts. Very strange.
Maybe I will copy and paste this into my web page as a post. I kind of like how it was written.

Sorry to hear about it. There's no perfect blog setup as far as I know, even in doing my own coding a post disappeared on me.. even when I knew it had been published. Oh well.
